Ordered composite decking with the help of friendly assistant. Decking looks lovely. However, we had 6 boards left over and Kellaway refuse to take them back. At £30 a pop, that is £180 wasted. And at 3.6 m, very hard to store. Very dissappointed with this and the screws recommended as they did not grip the fascia boards as stated, but again Kellaway refuse to refund this. Wouldn't use Kellaway again.

Staff were friendly enough but very overpriced compared to the competition , when asking for discount they were very stingy, even when asked to price match.

Several reasonably-sized purchases from Kellaway the last few weeks. Always really pleased at their helpful attitude to only" a DIY customer like myself. Good pricing and have been able to deliver within a couple of days each time.Will continue using them for the remainder of my project."

Went here for the first time ever today to buy some ready mix mortar. Walked into reception and told them what I wanted. Was told to go to the warehouse which I did. The man didn’t know the difference between mortar and post Crete. I had to find the mortar myself and loaded into my car and then went to return to reception to pay. However I was asked for a ticket? I didn’t know I needed a ticket.I was quite frustrated at this point and the lady managed to bill me without a ticket for the products I had taken.Really poor experience because I wasn’t given an guidance on how I was able to purchase their products.Staff seemed disinterested. It’s a shame as it looks like they have a lot on offer that would be useful if their staff could be asked to explain how you can actually buy anything!!!!????

Have been purchasing goods from Kellaway for the last few weeks, very helpful staff nothing was too much trouble.Thank you for your help and advice guys.
