Excellent service. Genuine and helpful staff. Expert eye examination with clear explanation and detail on issues. Went that extra step to find the right glasses when unable to find in shop. Wanted specific titanium and certain shape glasses which they went and found for me. Advice on correct lenses to suit glasses with no up sell you get from the big chains. If you want professional and personal service then I highly recommend.

First class eye care and service from a brilliant, friendly independent opticians. When Alan says you need new glasses you know you do! I would not go anywhere else for my eye care.Four years on with excellent eye care in between it was time for new glasses. Totally delighted with the care and advice provided not to mention the super new frames.

I've just used Bellamy Eye care services for the first time and will certainly be going back for all my eyecare needs. The premises and equipment are very modern and clinically clean. Everyone was professional, helpful and very friendly. The eye tests and checks were very comprehensive and thorough - everything such as the purpose and results of each check was was explained in detail, but in layman's terms. Its the most thorough eye testing I have had done - and I've had a few.Much patience was shown towards my extreme indecisiveness in choosing which glasses to go for! When my glasses arrived, they were nicely presented and time was taken to adjust them and ensure perfect fitting. I left with an impression of nothing is too much trouble and that customer satisfaction is put first.All in all, top marks from me and I can highly recommend.

(Apologies, all previous eye care helpers) From the enquiry phone call, to the friendliest welcome in person, the detailed excellence of the eye test and the receiving and fitting of my new glasses, (with the staff at Leicester Bellamy Eyecare having tracked down a style of specs I have been unable to get, despite trying for thirty years), I was also treated so well and felt welcomed, calm, and lucky to be honest. Bellamy Eyecare has been the optician used by several members of our family for many years. I had my first eye examination and sight test at Bellamy Eyecare 2 years ago. I wish I had found the place years ago! Alan succeeded where others had failed in sorting out multifocal contact lenses that actually work for me. This is a fantastic optician, I can't recommend them highly enough. The ladies in the front office are incredibly friendly, helpful and professionial.
