ordered on uber tonight, absolutely awful. paying so much to not even recieve your items is wild. seems many other people have this issue also. a whole meal was missing and i ordered the fried pickles also, they gave me just normal pickles, unfried. just fresh out of a jar, and dumped a load of pickle juice on. seems as if because it was so late, they just wanted to get home and didnt care about their order. gave me the entirely wrong burger that i was ALLERGIC to. ordered the fat hippo burger and recieved some entirely different burger which made me violently ill. also ordered a side of loaded fries and just got stone cold normal fries. safe to say i may have a 60% refund from uber but shocking service and no care for customers it seems.

Order through uber eats. Food was awful. Burger buns were burnt black. Chicken had really no taste at all. Would not order from here again. Also, didn't receive our drinks!

Ordered from deliveroo, paid loads, only received half the order, some of what we did receive was wrong. Insane prices to be getting simple things wrong.

This might be a different experience if you eat in, but ordered via Uber eats - half the food was missing, the food that arrived was cold and the “super fries me” fries (pictured) that were £4.50 extra to normal fries were a small pot of fries with a splash of buffalo/ranch sauce on them - not very super at all!We were really disappointed. Waiting to see if Uber will refund us or if we paid £39 for the displeasure of this meal!

Ordered on Uber eats this evening and it was awful to say the least. It’s such a real shame because we’ve ordered from here before and absolutely loved it. We ordered 7 items, the cheese balls, 2 burgers, 2 sides of tater tots and 2 dips. When we first opened the order we looked inside the bag and there was tater tots everywhere, there were packed with no lids on the tubs so not only were they all over the place but they were also cold. The dips we paid extra for were completely missing from the order, this may seem like a small mistake but it’s infuriating as it takes 2 seconds to check the receipt to make sure all items are in the bag before giving it over to the driver. Then we got to the cheese balls which we were excited for as we absolutely loved them last time. They are described to have a coating in “hot honey” - where’s the honey??? It was so hot in spice I choked on my food and felt as though my throat was on fire…I also like heat but not this much!!! Last time it had a lovely sweet kick to it, just absolutely inedible this time round. As for the the burgers, we ordered the Small Poppa and the Semi burger. The semi burger would have tasted amazing if it wasn’t for the fact again, it was cold. The small poppa is described to come with a onion ring, even the picture they advertise shows a big crispy onion ring inside. I opened my burger and to my surprise there was no onion ring. Again, another small detail but it’s these little things that all add up to being massive let downs, you’re advertising food that you don’t actually serve. Such a real shame that we experienced this especially when I work in the food industry and create uber eats orders myself. I know the importance of sending out orders at a 5* quality, I just expect the same back. I hate to leave bad reviews but it really was not worth the money! Please DO better guys!

Food never arrived!Ordered at 19.37 and we were still waiting for our meals at 20.50. . .At 19.37 the place was relatively quiet too so no idea what happened to our order. At 20.10 the Lane7 staff said it would be another 15 minutes, then again at 20.40 we were told it would another 15 to 20 minutes...So we threw the towel in and got a refund and left for Pizza Express opposite which was lovely!

Ordered via Uber eats. Food arrived cold. Burger bun was burnt and there was no bacon that we paid extra for on the burger. Really disappointed. Trying to get some money back through Uber eats

Loved it! Wow, such big portion sizes. Great menu choice, lots of veggie and vegan options to choose from. They even have vegan mayo! Really enjoyed the burgers, especially the Harlem Fake. Would definitely recommend if you want some truly indulgent, naughty food!

Incredible burgers! Quite busy on a Saturday afternoon but worth the visit

The burgers are really good, in terms of taste and quality very nice. Issues we've had: Via deliveroo we got the wrong order, it was all wrong items. There was a deal, £25 for 2 burgers with a side each, but the only side was coleslaw, any other side was an extra £1.50, so the deal was deceptive and dishonest. Even though the burgers are good it isn't worth £30, especially when our entire order was wrong last time, and we had to pay extra for chips instead of coleslaw.
