Excellent service. lovely staff. The went out of their way to make sure job done well. Very proffessional. Washed my sofa covers and duvets. Everything came back clean and fresh and presented beautifully upon collection.

Shocked because the pre- wash section was clogged up and the Comfort section had mould all over. According to the young woman it's cleaned every night. Impossible as that's been like that for ages. Mould doesn't grow overnight. They close 8pm. Too late as I needed to wash dbl duvet and had already put my powder, stain remover and Comfort. The Comfort went in 4 minutes before final spin. 31 minutes complete circle. That's the fastest machine I have ever known. Amazing my duvet was cleaned but still not spun good enough to make it drier rather on wet side.

Tumble dryer at home due repair and this place saved the day for the weekend washing. Easy to use and helpful staff. Will definitely use again for holiday washing and when in need. Thanks again

Working away and needed some washing done. Been twice , both occasions super efficient and super quick. Washing smells fresh and neatly folded. Text message to advise ready for collection.Note , service wash is not colour sorted they use a colour catcher"Will use again what better recommendation than that."

All the staff here are nice and helpful very clean inside and machines spotless

Have been several times with small washing machines coming up with error code however this time a woman very large eyelashes was reluctant to change money for us and was borderline rude.But when machine failed again and water wasn’t going into Machine. I pointed out to her as she argued with me telling me it’s just taking its time I then pointed out to her there is an error code then she said oh well I just got a press the button. I then asked what button she said “don’t you touch it” water still was not going in and I explain to her that water was not going in the next thing she said was “I want to strangle you you’re not listening” and the tone was not in a joking manner.At the end of all of it clothes were not properly cleaned as was very dry wash.Won’t be back

Rainham Launderettes are amazing at what they do and have been super helpful during lock down also way before that, service has always been second to none. Now I have a new washing machine i have hired the rug doctor from them and the results are outstanding. 5 stars isnt enough for theses.
