Such a quaint, charming little café and tea room. The service was super, with very friendly staff. Lovely coffee and breakfast came exactly as ordered. Really wanted to try the cakes as they looked amazing, but will have to wait until next time!

Smallest tea room in Norfolk. Variety of tea served in China tea cups, yummy home made cakes. Good selection of freshly made food.

Beautiful quaint little tearoom. Delicious homemade cakes and scones and a large bottomless pot of tea! Only the best china used which is lovely to see. Tea always tastes better out of a china cup!

Party of 2 adults & 2 children. We arrived there just before they closed but were made to feel very welcome, what fantastic staff! Just as fantastic were the crab sandwiches & the cakes, all served with proper Yorkshire tea. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you

Lovely old school tea room. Wonderful cakes. Tea served in a collective mix of tea pots and cups and sorcerer's.

The owners of this establishment needs a serious review of staff. Called in for breakfast and was greeted with a grunt from a lad constantly looking at his mobile phone. Waited 35 minutes to be served an overcooked breakfast which we considered average at best. We noticed that the door was sticking and when a group of 4 potential customers couldn't get in, the lad just looked up shook his head then looked back at his phone, so they walked away letting profits pass by. Would not recommend. Shame as the little tearoom could be a little goldmine with the right staff.

Our second visit to Mrs B's today. Such a lovely traditional tearoom, with great service, very reasonable prices, and excellent quality. This time we went for coffee and a slice of cake. Recommended.

Possibly the quaintest tea shop I've ever been in and the service was 10/10.Situated on Staithe Street in the coastal town of Wells-next-to-the-sea lies Mrs B's Tea Room and it's a cracking little place. The staff are really friendly and the food is incredibly good. There were 4 of us in our group and we decided to go for a Chocolate and Banana Milkshake, a slice of chocolate cookie cake, sausage roll, mint tea, a cheese scone and a latte. I decided on a cream tea with a scrioche. A scone crossed with a brioche loaf.Everyone agreed that it was really good food and drink. In total it came to just under £25 in total.Would I go back absolutely? Would I recommend Mrs B's to others? Absolutely I would.

Honestly don't know where the 5* ratings are coming from. For a tea shop to do cream teas without providing individual pots for different teas (we got tea bags and one pot of hot water), with fairly indifferent scones (or mixed scone/brioche creation) and standard individual jam and cream is not 5*. I'm afraid it looked to be more supermarket bought than lovingly prepared.Staff were pleasant enough and willing to fix things but surely better to get it right first time?Overall, I reckon could do better.(Incidentally, we'd been recommended elsewhere but this was the first back from the sea front so we went in.)
