Not a positive experience.Paid upfront - got a dedicated project manager, got lots of glitzy emails and reports on how the money was being spent but at the end.... the code was very, very low quality and the project was incomplete. They accepted this and did some rectification when I complained but we are still left with a buggy, amateur solution when we paid top drawer prices.

We have been working with Junari for some time now and they are awesome at what they do. Their Agile approach to the project was new to us but after a week or so it made perfect sense and helped progress the project at a speed we needed whilst also maintaining momentum and communication. Dom has always been available whenever needed, calls, texts, emails face to face meetings. As our company develops Junari will be along for the ride.

Both the Junari CRM and the support team has been fanatic for our small business. It hits the right balance between being 'off the shelf' and yet we have been able to tailor it to our needs. We only use a fraction of what the database offers and hope in time we will utilize more of what it offers. Would highly recommend.

Great friendly company with a fantastic product.

Junari CRM+ is a great system where I can manage our contacts and orders. It's easy to use and quick to get employees up to speed. The HR element is just a bonus as it means I haven't had to buy a separate HR system. The support I've received has been fantastic and new tools are always being added to the software. Great to see a software company that listens to it's clients.

Outstanding Personalised CRM SystemJunari supply a fantastic product which they were able and willing to adapt to tailor to our specific business needs. This in turn has increased efficiency in the workforce and freed up valuable staff time creating the capacity to focus more on productivity and sales.The the extent of our personalised enhancements would not have been possible without their 5* communication. Dominic or his staff assist in a timely manner for any issues staff may have in using their software, guiding and instructing staff where needed. Whilst enhancing or adapting particular elements of the CRM. I found Junari accommodating and flexible - conducting meetings to suit our needs and time frames; face to face, Skype or phone. They make time for their clients and take careful consideration, applying their extensive knowledge and experience to ensure that you get the very best system to suit your needs.Five stars for both customer service and product.
