They sold some jewellery ext for me after the.death of my wife they were very professional I actually left the jewellery with them they said don’t worry about a thing they sold 90%. On the first sale with a small amount left for the upcoming sale I got the money straight into my bank when the few items that were left sold I forgot about them until they put more money into my bank I would recommend them brilliant thank you all at. Some bargains to be had, via the on-line auctions, staff friendly and helpful!Web sites always worth a look anything from motorbikes to Xmas decorations!Very busy today today, but served quickly and staff apologetic for my wait....but not a problem for me!

First time we have used yourself and your staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff asked if we had come far and we said yes and the staff was kind enough to say we could use the toilet before we left if needed. Which for me I was so thankful for the offer. Even though it's a fair distance to travel we will be using you again.

I'm Andrew Henn. The male manager is a very good gentleman. I had words with him over the phone. He solved my problem and being helpful. However, the female lady with shipping is less patient and quite rude. She made me feel very disappointed, trying to avoid to face to issues with bad attitude. Hang up the phone when I haven't finished my conversation. Really feel shame of her behaviour.
