Overall the food is very nice but let down by the finer details. My salad should have been chucked out the day before but the rest of the food was lovely. Staff, perfect! Needs a manager to look at detail, ie cleaning fluids and well used dust pans should never be visible to visitors.

We had to send the food back as it was stone cold. They replaced and when the new food was served it was fine . This was disappointing as me and my son had to wait and my wife had finished .However I then ordered a second drink and it tasted like it had cleaning products in it. It also stunk like chemicals. I told the manager and he questioned me as though I was lying and said it was fine . All in all it was an unpleasant experience and not what you expect when paying 18 pound per head for a main course.

Food was good (look at the size of the fish fingers!) but service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, food intolerances catered for with great care and attention, plus they're used to families so never felt like we were putting the staff out. Will no doubt come back again.

Not Good.Undeniably the worst eating out experience of my life. I ordered the meat feast pizza which came out soggy and uneatable. I sent it back and ordered the southern fired chicken burger which was just as bad as a result I ate about half of it. That was only because I was so hungry. The rest of my family also found it horrible and other meals were sent back. I would be more forgiving if it were cheaper but was well over priced. The staff were very apologetic and I appreciate that. The meals sent aBack were taken off the bill but still spent a lot for what was just so bad. I don't recommend eating here although due to its location anyone staying at the hotel or going to the theme park will most likely make the same mistake as us. It was a real shame. The wait was also ridiculous half and hour for I portion of garlic bread and some chicken tenders. Then another 30 mins mains.

Positives: Accomodating and friendly staff, clean place. Negatives: Staff could do with some leadership & training - although our server was attentive the other staff seemed to actively ignore us. Food: Don't order salad. Burgers were tasty. Those that had steak were disappointed.

Excellent food excellent service fair price makes a nice change to go to a theme park and have a proper meal instead of fast food not that there's anything wrong with fast food at Drayton Manor just makes a nice change

Had an absolutely lovely time with my family. The food was good. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I recommend this place to all who visit Drayton Manor.

The photos and menu make you think you are going to be getting more quality than you do (see photos). The food tasted good but presentation was seriously lacking, something easy to fix and makes a big difference. Expensive for what you get. Bench and table was a bit sticky and it wasn't even busy...On the plus side the staff were very nice, polite, friendly and attentive.

Good atmosphere, tasty food and good service.Perfect for families.Ask for the triple burger, it's ridiculous huge but delicious.
