Do not use this salon!!I went in for a simple nail polish on Thursday, I was persuaded to upgrade to the gel polish as it would last longer. By Saturday morning almost all of the nails had started to come off, I tried to contact the salon, there is no phone number or email so contacted through the online form, no one bothered to get back to me and they don't do cash refunds.Absolute waste of £25, will never use them again.

I have been getting my hair coloured and styled by Julia at Elegance since they opened in Stirling. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Brilliant, professional service at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and extremely pleasant having my gel polish removed today. I had it done in Elegance and it was beautiful no chips or peeling lasted for several weeks and still looked as if it had just been done but nails were growing so had to have it removed10/10

I attend Elegance in Stirling for eyebrow waxing and tinting. I occasionally have my eyelashes tinted as well.I have always received fantastic service and cannot fault the beauticians professionalism and skill.In particular, Ruby has attended to me many times and I am always more than satisfied with how she shapes.and tints my eyebrows.
