Jack and team recently constructed and installed bespoke alcove wardrobes for us. Excellent job from start to finish. He takes pride in what he does and it shows in the quality of the finish. Would happily recommend.

Jack and team matched up our existing handmade kitchen to extend our cupboard space , create a larder and integral fridge freezer, they also added a utility room all to match . Jack attended in person , measured up and advised us. Very personable and honest . The Cabinets were crafted and brought to us , then seamlessly fitted with new worktops also . We are so pleased that everything went perfectly -we could not be more happy with our kitchen and utility room and would use Loughborough joinery again 100%

Jack has made 3 wardrobes, a bookcase, 2 cupboards and an entire boot room for us. Every thing he has made is exceptional quality and has been fitted ingeniously into the various nooks of our old and uneven house. I could not recommend him highly enough, the things that he has created for us have improved our house immeasurably and are always commented on by visitors. To top it off, it is a pleasure to have him on our house, he is a great guy and our children still ask when he is coming back!

Talented, punctual and tidy. We have just had 3 large installations carried out by Loughborough Joinery over the last three weeks - a large floor to ceiling bookcase, tv cabinet with shelving and cupboards, and a double bookcase framing our patio doors. This company is professional, helpful and great at responding immediately to any correspondence. We are extremely happy with all pieces and have already booked them for more work after our loft extension next year. Highly recommended.

Unfinished job and are now ignoring all of our calls and messages. Do not trust this company. Jack has taken our money and not finished the job despite many calls and texts. He also removes any negative feedback off Facebook to make it seem they are better than they actually are.We paid for under stair storage solutions with pictures of what we were looking for. There was lack of communication from Jack for starters when doing the job. He made decisions on the drawers without telling us (and by then it was too late for us to change). When it came to finishing the job they had just finished painting it and therefore we could not check it was all working as expected. Jack asked for payment despite this. The next day we found that the drawers did not align, one of them was really stiff to pull out and push back in. We called Jack who said he would come and look at it. Which he did (over a week later)… he fiddled with it and said he had to come back again. At this point he left and stopped accepting any of our calls and texts.If you do decide to go with Loughborough joinery company all I would say is do NOT pay them until you have personally checked their work even if you have to wait for paint to dry.The lack of honesty from Jack is why I would never choose this company again. Please don’t be fooled by their fancy pictures on website and social media pages!

Jack and his team designed and fitted a bespoke bookcase in my snug and I could not be happier with the finished product. Jack was very professional throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. I paid extra for the bookcase to be painted in Farrow & Ball Stiffkey Blue and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend the Loughborough Joinery Co. and would definitely use their services again.

Used Loughborough Joinery Company for the installation of new internal doors. The team did a great job and we were very pleased with the overall service provided. Would highly recommend if you are looking for polite tradesman who take pride in their wok and value their customers.

Had really high hopes for this company who were initially very organised and responsive for getting us booked in for two bespoke internal doors to be made and fitted. Lead times quoted were a couple of months so not too bad in current climate. A week before fitting however we were told they were running slightly behind due to someone being off with covid. We didn’t have any contact after that for weeks. Tried phoning, emailing, texting etc with intermittent responses. Sometimes told doors were about to be made or had been made, sometimes told waiting for the glass. One week slippage turned into 5 months with barely any contact. Eventually Jack offered to refund us as he didn’t know when doors could be made (despite being told months earlier they’d already been made). Effectively wasted 6 months of our time with false promises when we could have ordered from someone else. Only positive is that refund was made promptly. Not sure if they’ve just taken on far too much work than able to cope with. Either way, I’d stay clear.
