I would highly recommend my signet ring broke into 2 pieces thought it was unrepairable but I was delighted when it was repaired it was like brand new again , it was ready to be collected in 7 days owner very friendly and helpful.

Took my wedding ring in to be repaired after it had been cut to removed after I broke my hand. It was repaired in a week, I can honestly say you would never have known it had been repaired, he even told me when it was date stamped. Well happy with the repair, will definitely get any jewelry repaired there if necessary 110 % recommend for any repair. X

A friendly working independent silversmith/goldsmith. I buy scrap jewellery and solid silver for smelting, and when I get jewelry intact I bring it here for appraisal and identification. Has a good selection of jewelry on display, and mends items too.

Extremely bad experience. I took my Victorinox watch to this place for a battery change. The man told me to come back in around 30 mins. I gave it 45 minutes and went back and it was still not done. He advised to come back in 10 minutes. When I returned he said that he had replaced the battery but there was a problem with the date, and I should return on Monday because his repair guy" was out until then. I was immediately suspicious because I had checked the watch earlier that day

Very impressed, turned my repair and my wife's alterartion in 24hrs.Quality of work and service exceptional. The owner is very dedicated to his business/craft, and talks to each customer personally. I saw the odd negative review prior to using there services, but my personal experience was excellent. I would use again without hesitation and recommend to friends/family

Took some silver in and said 12 pence per gram,which works out at £3.72 an ounce,as far as I am concerned,they Rob people to line their own pockets.Never go to them to buy anything,they put items up by at least 60% of what they paid.Should be held to accountPut one star,would put zero if could

Hack job.Took a ring in for a very simple retipping job (new claw + replacement stone). The guy did a wonky, poorly finished job that did not match the rest of the ring. To top it all off he put the wrong stone in as well! To be fair he gave me my money back when I asked and was nice enough about it, Not sure if it just a bad day, but the work was SHOCKINGLY BAD!!!
