Quick and great service! Will recommend to everyone I know

I used Joe about 2-years ago to do some simple wiring adjustments in my home and then fully test all the circuits to provide a sign-off Certificate.Despite paying Joe very promptly and his promise that the Certificate would follow shortly. It never did- even after 4-months of chasing - and now we are coming to selling the house, we have no evidence that the Electrics have been tested.A very poor service overall.
