Harpers hair and beauty

After 13 years of no hairdresser trips, I randomly came across Harper's on Facebook. I saw they had an offer on first appointments and booked... I AM SO GLAD I DID! First trip was wonderful and I was so happy with my hair, now going back couple months later for a completely different look and Chloe has completely SMASHED it (again!). As soon as I stepped in the place I was made to feel welcomed, offered a tea/coffee/water straight away and throughout my time there. The atmosphere is not like any other hairdressers I've been to! I have anxiety, hence no hairdressers for 13 years, but I have finally found a salon that makes me feel comfortable. No condescending looks, or being made to feel uncomfortable at all, and no judgement (I'm not a typical 'girly girl' and in the past have felt like I shouldn't be in a salon) - the ladies are so polite, friendly, and caring. I honestly feel like a new person walking out of there, and the confidence boost ALL the ladies give you truly makes you feel AMAZING. Could not recommend enough !! ♥️

Fantastic experience, so engaging with my son and really listened to what he wanted. I have extremely curly hair and I had it cut perfectly and straightened. Can’t wait to go back.

I was kept waiting with no apology, despite my appointment being moved by them to a later time.The stylist who cut my hair (as I sat on a lopsided chair), was discussing her holiday dates and talking to other staff members the entire time.Two of the other staff members sat there staring at me.I was not made to feel welcome. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and completely unprofessional.

Went to harpers hair salon for a consultation, because I wanted to see if what I wanted was possible, I’ve been going to different salons for years and they have never been able to do what I want, and I’ve never come out of other salons seeing results.I booked in with Hannah and i absolutely love my hair, finally on the right track to where I want to be and 100% seen results just on my first visit! All the girls are friendly and welcoming, this salon will always be my go to salon, & would recommend to anyone!Thanks again Hannah, absolutely love my hair. X
