We had big problems in confirming move dates from solicitors but Wrekin Removals were understanding and flexible. Whole team are so good to deal with but Clare in particular was so helpful and proactive. No hesitation in recommending them

We used this company back in March 2022, was the best price but sometimes maybe shouldn't always go for cheap option never usually do but it all adds up when your moving house and company I worked for used them and far as I was aware they didn't have a problem unfortunately I had a different experience. Firstly, started off well, lads did fabulous job got it all loaded and ready to go in a really good time! Was a Friday, we was waiting for keys unfortunately there was issue with the company bought house with waiting for a document well after 2pm still no keys that's when we started to get told we will now be charged £60 per hour after this time which they said was in the terms and conditions which I checked at the time wasn't so if you do decide go ahead please check this as this was also not made clear to us because I would of not chosen them as you don't know what time you can get the keys. Which I was heavily pregnant at the time didn't need more stress than there already was then they landed this on us! My husband spoke to the owner said if he helps, he knock it on the head even though this is not stated anywhere! I understand it was a rush, but it was brand new house new carpet etc kept their shoes on! After they went was moving stuff about noticed our daughters wardrobe was damaged, so we contacted them straight away to be told the lads said it was already there which we knew it wasn't, funnily enough we heard a bang when they was packing up the van for some reason we didn't check which we wished we did as maybe they would of admitted it. Owner said there's not enough information/evidence to go through insurance and the lads not admitting fault after phone calls he agreed to half the amount of the cost! Sometimes it worth paying that bit extra, for a better experience! I don't usually right bad reviews, but it's only fair for people do not have the same hassle as we did

The customer service of this company - in particular the manager/owner - is very poor.The only good thing I can mention is the survey carried out by Terry who - although arriving late - was courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately it was mostly downhill from there.This company will push a hard sell to try and keep your money for a 'future move' if you cancel. They will try and apply terms and conditions that are neither provided in writing or verbally. They will withhold money they have promised to refund following cancellation of their services for over a month. They will accuse you of phoning to pick a fight when you challenge the T&Cs that they didn't tell you about, and repeatedly say that you are having a bad day. They will tell you you have too much time on your hands if you ask about their complaints policy and the trade bodies they belong to. They will tell you that you should agree to the T&Cs they didn't tell you about because they are a small family business. They will tell you that their free, no-obligation survey is not free and comes with obligations. They will speak over you when you are asking them questions regarding the data handling of the bank details they will insist you email to them to get a refund. They will tell you that you should know their Saturday staff don't process refunds and the whole situation is your fault that you didn't call back during the week.I finally got my refund in full, without emailing them my bank details, but it is clear that the owner of this company intends to act in bad faith. I phoned to sort out a simple administrative error; I cannot imagine what would happen if you had a serious complaint to make or they damaged your property during a move.When I do eventually get my move back on track I had every intention of going back to Wrekin Removals to carry out the move, but now I will be going anywhere but. I am glad that I have dodged that bullet.

Had the pleasure of being moved by Al, Matt and Tony. Absolutely perfect. The guys were extremely proficient and courteous and an absolute credit to the company. This is the 2nd time that we have used Wrekin Removals and will not hesitate to recommend anyone to use them. Totally 5 Star.

Excellent friendly and efficient service from the whole team on our complex move from Shrewsbury, into storage then out again to Llandudno.The whole team and the removal guys themselves were fantastic and made the move so much less stressful.Good value removal firm and storage facilities are also very reasonably priced.Thank you again.Kerry

We spoke to a few removal firms for our house move from Shropshire to Scotland. Some wouldn’t even quote for the job but, from the outset, Jim and everyone at Wrekin Removals was brilliant. Also very well priced given the size and distance of the job! The move went seamlessly, involved two overnight stays for the crew and even when they were finishing off, faced with a five hour plus drive home, they were still offering to move furniture around the new house for us.I was a bit surprised when only two lads turned up but they’re an absolute credit to the company, Andy and Ian were amazing. Quick, courteous, professional and friendly. Jim helped to load on moving day as well, but the unload the other end was just the two. There may as well have been four or more of them given the rate they worked at!A truly fantastic experience from a truly fantastic company. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking them for another move if needed.Not that we’re EVER going to do it again - however, true to the sign on their vans, they took a whole load of stress out of moving house. I can’t praise them enough.

Wrekin Removals did a first class job in relocating my parents from Shropshire to the Westcountry. From first speaking to Jim in the office, Terry doing the site visit and Rob and the lads doing the packing / delivering and unloading into storage, the whole team were courteous and professional throughout.
