<div class="tm-category-review__desc">I've booked with Parkers a number of times both for short hires and on one occasion having to extend my hire to 3 weeks after a trip to Scotland lasted longer than planned. On all occasions, they have been courteous, really helpful (esp around that extension), and given me a vehicle in excellent condition. What I really like about them is everything is included in the price, no hard sell when you get to the desk, no hidden costs, and I always get the car I've hired as well, which isn't always the case with other companies I've used. Highly recommended.</div>

It's been over two weeks with multiple emails and phone calls, the staff said they would deal with it but they never did, and they still haven't process our refund. Was going to give Parkers four stars, but we're really disappointed with the way that they deal with our refund (slow/almost no response unless you called).</div>

Service from collection to return was great too, everybody was very friendly. Will absolutely be returning in the future when I need to hireUpdate: can't post another review but 12+ months since I last visited, their service and cost is just as good as before. Can't recommend them enough. Vans are new, in good condition and well equipped. Despite the competitive pricing they are not cutting corners</div>
