Great experience with this company so far.Placed an order, one item in stock the other a pre order for August. Next day I received an email asking if I want to split the order and have the in stock item dispatched. Which I did.I put the sideboard I ordered together and it was the easiest flatpack furniture I have ever put together.Instructions were good, spare screws and they even provided a screwdriver.Just amazing, I can't wait to receive the second part of my order and hopefully it will be just as easy to put together.Thank you Urban Mill.

An excellent two tier clothes rack, easy to put together for 1 person, sturdy, good quality paint finish. Plenty of room to decant a wardrobe full of clothes for renovation and could serve well as a permanent wardrobe, especially if covered. Good quality velour hangers too

Still haven’t received my items since ordering on the 28th August. I got told the items would be delivered on the 2nd October (today) but due to further delays, not til the 16th October. No compensation provided for the further delays.However, they did keep me informed which is positive.

I bought two large worktop protectors. They are big enough to cover a hob but I am using them to stop my worktop getting heat damaged. They look great. The Urban Mill delivered them within a few days of the order in mostly biodegradable packaging. 5 stars all around!

Purchased a nest of 2 tables. Easy to assemble (flatpacked) with clear instructions. Look lovely in our spare room. Ordering was a simple process and delivery was within the specified time. The order was well packaged too.
