absolutely amazing service!! this is such a lovely nail place, went here for the first time and had such a quick and efficient service, the man who done my nails was very nice and made sure i was happy with everything all the way through, it’s so clean too, and i’m extremely amazed at their talent with nail art, i will never go anywhere else now. definitely the best in norwich, i’ll be sure to come back monthly, highly recommend!!

My wife went to do her nails today they are very bad no manners they speak there language and look at you and they don't listen to what you need very bad experiences I do not know how people they say they are good maybe they write the reviews them self.I think no one should visit this shop BAD BAD people work there.

This is my nails 2 weeks after getting them done! Love the service and the quality of my nails Every time I leave here. If I’m ever not happy with the colour or design I chose they are still more than willing to accommodate any changes even though it’s my error. Would recommend to everyone!

The attitude of the staff was super super bad! I want to make my nail little bit thinner he told me you are crazy! I was like super mad! Why they have this kind of attitude towards to customer unbelievable!

Been to Nails by Alex a few times now, I'm so impressed how she manages to do the nail art I ask for, she does it even better than the photos I show here. Very nice Women and the only nail place in norwich who has given student discounts and does a loyalty card the other staff are very good also :).The photos speak for themself:

I had a really uncomfortable experience here, was called “large” and “fat” by 3 male nail techs whilst getting my nails done. I wouldn’t not recommend at all.

Unfortunately the experience I had here was terrible. When doing my toes, I had an issue with the appearance of one of them so asked for it to be changed, and I received such a hostile response. It was changed but after much huffing and puffing. The attitude I received was terrible, and when I commented on this, they decided to raise their voice in the shop. Honestly I have never received such bad experience when getting my toes done before ever! I would not recommend at all.

I’m in love with my nails! I got a pedicure + gel & infill (design), totalling £68. The pedicure was well done, with a nice touch of hot stones at the end. For my infill, the shaping and designs were meticulously done, the nail artist had done exactly what I wanted after I showed her the picture. Although, upon entry I had experience rudeness, they warmed up during the appointment.I’m from London, but I wish I could have more nail salons like this. All nail salons have gone up in price, but at the very least this nail salon has top tier quality. Hoping that I can continue to visit the salon every time visit Norwich
