Poor service. Four staff working, only one guy helping and girl at door was Moore interested with something on her phone. Bought my shoes elsewhere.

Busy store. Always I have seen too much crowded store. During my today's visit.. less of crowd.Hannah served me and family with patience and smile. She helped to chose right pair of shoes to my daughter and myself. Thanks to Hannah

Really bad customer service, nobody around to ask about shoe sizes, I was going to buy a top pair of trainers.

Customer service is non existence in this store and issue is the staff. Very unhelpful. They are polite but not much help which is a shame. They wouldn't accept accept my return before 28 days. I had to go all the way to London and staff there were smiley and welcoming and to my surprise accepted my return with no argument or just couple of standard questions.

Visited store yesterday , unbelievably no members of staff had masks on. This is now mandatory so if the staff can't be bothered why would customers. I didn't hang around and made my purchase when I got back home in dunstable where they dofollow government guidelines

Children and disabled parking outfront and huge car park.Large jd, staff welcomed me as I come into the store. Large section of clothes and shoes. Store was tidy.Till staff were polite and helpful.

Extremely disappointing service. I made a click and collect order to this store yesterday and could not collect. Although the items I ordered were clearly on display in the store. When cancelling my order by phone, I was told by customer service that they should have tried to fulfill my order with available stock. But no attempt was made. I was told I would have to buy it again. Yes pay twice. As far as I am concerned. If jd sports advertises a click and collect service the items you ordered should be IN STOCK or they should tell you when they will be. Every other store works this way. This is the third time I have had a bad experience in this particular jd sports. From their rude and arrogant staff. Even though this is the closest jd to me, I will never return to it and will go elsewhere either Hatfield or Watford.

Gemma was fantastic. The rest of the management staff standing at the front having a chat and laughing. Unfriendly and not welcoming.

There isn’t much option or variety for clothes in that store, everything looks the same, same sort of trashy addidas and nike stuff you’d see the chav youths wearing. Shoes in there are probably all made and sold from China.

Staff helpful, respectful - one pair of Nike sneaks were discounted but same in another colour were full price, no problems. Also ended up buying things I didn't expect to, haha great sales AND I did need that stuff too anyway, for work, so all good all round.No pictures, you know what a large JD Sports looks like.
