One star because zero not an option . Still terrible !! Monday 1.30pm . Only one counter open apparently the other was broken so up to the atm to pay in some cash it would only accept about half the cash so 3 attempts and it spits it all back !! These being perfectly flat and no creases . Up to red lion Street a bit later ( after 2pm ) to find all tellers now closed and another atm not liking cash . Then be told by stroppy faced assistant if I didn't like it to change bank . Not unprovoked I did give a bit of stick but what a terrible service trying to pay in some cash.

Went there yesterday to find out they closed at 2pm. They need to update website when closing at 2pm.

Please correct the opening hours! The bank closes at 16:30 weekdays not 17:00!Thank you.

Counter closed to early and never anywhere to park!

Parking is BAD all Barclays employees have spaces round back the front is a nightmare and the blue badge spaces are usually occupied by others. Why on earth get a bank outside city centre with no customer parking
