From initial survey to fitting the BFCC team have been fantastic to deal with, no hard sell and great communication. Great quality door and the fitters did a fantastic job. I can't say thank you enough and I would highly recommend BFCC to anyone. Great customer experience.

Excellent service, cable broke on our Henderson garage door, phoned to ask if they did repairs and was told they could. Helpful repair man came on time. Renewed cables and a couple of other parts which had worn and advised me how to lubricate doors moving parts. Very reasonable price as he was here a bit longer than expected and carried out extra work. Garage door now opens and closes perfectly, highly recommend this company.

My old electric up and over door was like its owner, past its sell by date I needed more room side to side as with very little free space each side it was not easy to put my car away in bad weather.I asked five well known firms to give me a quote, two said they could not help as I could not lose distance inside with roller doors.Then a charming young lady from BFCC Garage Doors suggested the answer which was a roller door on the outside which would give more width and also more length I received a fair price and Ian and Glynn came along to fit it, which they did with a great deal of patience and skill.I now have a new Door which I could not be more happy with. a first class service with first class workers..

The experience from quote to completion of installation was first class. The decision to choose BFCC over their competitors was made easy for us because they were the only company to provide a price that included all building works, including a structural engineer's recommended steel beam.Communication with the sales team was very good and included site visits by a member of their team and the building contractor. We were on a tight time schedule to get the new door installed and BFCC moved quickly to meet our deadline.Installation was well co-ordinated over two days: day one involved the builder removing the central column from our double garage and replacing the existing lintels with the new beam - excellent standard of work; day two saw the arrival of a team of fitters from BFCC, who installed the roller door in just a few hours - more excellent work.And we love the new door!

A Local Company with an Excellent Customer ServiceWe were looking to replace our very old and unsightly garage door with a modern and remotely operated one. I purchased garage doors from BFCC a couple of years ago and was delighted with the end product but became a tad alarmed when they begun to fade and look a little distressed. I contacted Victoria at BFCC to ask advice as to what to do. She immediately leapt into action and contacted the manufacturer. The upshot being a new set of doors were installed at no cost as such fading was not expected.I can only commend both parties for such incredible after service and such a factual story should give comfort to anyone thinking of purchasing new garage doors from BFCC.Such wonderful after service needs to be shared to the wider community.

Really pleased with the quality/fitting of my new garage door & adjoined sofit/fascia - it's made my garage look a lot more modern. BFCC were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the price was competitive. Highly recommend.

Brilliant company with amazing service. The door they fitted was very good quality and they couldn't have done more to help. A couple of minor things have gone wrong since, but they've fixed them with no bother at all which has only made me think more of them. Would highly recommend.
