I have just recently purchased a new car from TrustFord through John Ryan. This is the fourth car I have personally purchased via him, largely because he is friendly and has good people skills.He will explain things to ensure I've understood everything correctly, and doesn't seem to try and sneak a bunch of unnecessary extras if he doesn't think I'll need them.He will mention them, but I've never felt pressured into adding anything I didn't particularly want.His communication is very good, replying to emails in a short space of time, plus making phone calls if he's felt it easier to explain that way.He has always followed up after the purchase to see how everything is going, and to make sure I am satisfied with the car, too.

I found the whole process from start to finish very easy, Steve was very friendly listened to what i wanted and during the process and even during the mid term of the order amended my order with ease as i wanted an additional item adding to my order. Steve kept me updated throughout the process from the date of ordering to collection and in my opinion was professional throughout the whole process and is a member of your team who needs to be acknowledged for his hard work and dedication

Purchased a blue focus yesterday which I brought online. Travelled five hours to collect, handover went well and car valeted despite it pouring with rain.Wasn’t until the weather had improved and I had stopped in services when I noticed a rather large amount of scratches on the roof of the car! This was never said about in either the vehicle description or on the video that was emailed. I feel disappointed and somewhat angry that what had been a good service up until I noticed the scratches and now feel let down. The car was just over 13k so not cheap and now it looks like this is going to cost me further to put right!!!

I went to this dealership over the weekend when i got there i looked at a few cars and cain the sales guy he was brilliant from start to finish so friendly and honest but this guy is going straight up the ladder in his job you are a asset to this dealership hopefull see you soon mate for my ideal car

Beautiful car - engine bay vents blocked - only enough water in washers for two uses - advert says 5 Trust Ford Service Stamps - only two in book - I have had copy of 5 invoices emailed to me and I’m returning book to be stamped - wiper blades knackered - after 5 days still awaiting how and where to get replaced - £21 for set of 3 on Amazon! this is a beautiful car though so hopefully will get sorted and I can then see where I’m going and enjoy my car fully.
