My Border Terrier attended parkside for over 17 years from the age of 8 weeks and the care provided was first class which contributed to his long and healthy life.

My dog Poppy, 17 months old, miniature poodle, is the new client of this vet, since 1st of July . I chose to pay £30 /month for club membership to benefit from certain facilities.Our bad luck, caused that my Poppy to have gastro-intestinal problems, following a swim in a pond on the beach, a week later after I chose this vet.Several visits, poop test and expensive treatments followed, without a diagnosis( the test show NOTHING-at least the common bacteria tested) and without a solution. More than that, my dissatisfaction consists in the fact that, by calling for an appointment, you can only get an appointment after 1 week because there not being enough doctors to cover the requests. Now, I ask myself: what is the point of paying a monthly membership, if you have to do research,yourself, on the internet for solutions, and, moreover, you can’t get an appointment when your dog needs one?! Maybe they are the number 1 in Dundee area but I started to have serious doubts about that. Maybe, is only my bad luck.So, for the moment, judging from my personal experience , I’m not convinced about this veterinary clinic , actually, I’m disappointed.

Claire is excellent but Allan is rude and is only interested in making money not interested in the dog or other animals. Won't be back and will be advising others not to go .Mind you I'm not the only one who has moved vets recently because of this issue.

Nice, helpful staff members at reception and knowledgeable vets. All took very lovely care of my little dog and he's never anxious to go back.Also, a really nice selection of dog toys and treats which are perfect for my small breed dog puppy.All the staff are willing to provide a breadth of information and are super compassionate.Thanks!

Always caring and compassionate, the staff are lovely. I rarely have to visit, thankfully, but when I do, I feel that my pets are in good hands. My only concern is costs and probably every veterinary practice is the same.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly. It's a warm, bright inviting place to bring your unhappy companion. Every vet we have seen has been very good with our pets, calm and professional. They have been very kind and supportive of a recent change to our circumstances offering advice and guidance. They are a great example of veterinary care.

Been here today to neuter our two kittens. Staff on the phone, reception and nurses are very helpful and they actually care about your pets. Very friendly service. Will definitely be going back in the future.
