They were able to do a turnaround of 1 day on same day notice for drying and folding for 1 large load of laundry for 25 pounds. Would have been 1 or 2 days for washing so we did it ourselves. Seems a bit steep imho but no other option beside air drying. They are friendly though and it's easy to park in their spot.

Really disappointing customer service after they lost an expensive duvet cover - won't be using them again.
