The staff at Penmellyn Pool are friendly, kind and knowledgable. They explain all options well and do their best to be accommodating. Because they have a couple of sites they are great at finding a space for urgent procedures for our dog. Thanks so much!

Always a completely excellent service from walking in at the door. Reception staff are always friendly & so helpful.We've always seen Jason, as the vet for our cat's annual check -up & 2 consultations. Jason is always so compassionate, putting our cat at ease immediately & putting our minds at rest with his diagnosis (& treatment if needed) for our cat's ailment. He always reassures us to get back in touch if necessary & outlines what the next steps in treatment will be. A truly professional practice with very friendly service & we would 100% recommend Penmellyn Vets, in Pool.

Reception staff are welcoming, the vets are always friendly, informative and treat my pets with compassion not ‘just another pet’. They take time to listen and don’t rush you out the door. Would highly recommend Penmellyn Vets.

I’m always seen in a timely fashion which is handy because apparently my little void cat is very accident prone. I’ve never felt patronised here which hasn’t always been the case with other vets and everyone is so kind to my pets. They clearly understand how much love I have for them which is so nice.

I am so impressed by all of the staff at Penmellyn. Their most important priorities are the animals, which makes a change nowadays as most just want the money. These guys put the animals first and everything else afterwards. Fran did an amazing job fitting my pup in for an emergency appointment, and the vet’s professionalism and knowledge was second to none. I will be recommending them to everyone I know with a pet!
