Russ is a great trainer. He helps you to feel relaxed and comfortable. He explains things clearly and gives helpful examples. His practical demonstrations are really clear and his feedback is supportive and helps you to improve your practice. Russell is friendly and has a lovely sense of humour that makes learning fun. You feel safe in Russell's training sessions.

A really useful, informative course with an excellent mix of practical tasks and medical explanations.Russ was extremely knowledgeable and approachable, and happy to differentiate things to suit our working environment.The time flew by and we all felt a lot more confident delivering emergency first aid at the end of the course. Recommended.
