The team at Nationwide Crash Repair Coventry have been fantastic. My car looks brand new again after being crashed into on the side with lots of scratches and dents. It is also beautifully clean inside and out.The team have all been really professional and very friendly. They also had a quick turnaround. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely go to them again.

This company have been fantastic from start to finish. What more can you ask for 2 updates a week. They were contracted to fix my car after a minor accident. They took over 6 weeks to inspect the damage, only approved the work after a formal complaint, said repairs would take 1 week and took 6 weeks. Poor communication and excuses - would not use again.

Despite seeing some of the earlier reviews, I've had a very positive experiences with Nationwide Crash Repairs.I was directed to them through my insurer and every person I spoke to was very helpful, particularly David on the phones. My car didn't suffer major damage, so the repair work took a week and I was very happy with the end result.Obviously really helpful that they delivered my courtesy car and dropped off my car once it had been repaired, at my place of work.In my case, very satisfied customer.

My son's car was taken to be assessed at Vellar after being shunted by another vehicle. everyone we dealt with was very friendly and gave good advice about repair options for his car making the whole process of dealing with the insurance company a lot easier

The whole experience of using the Coventry branch was so much more than my past experiences with other repair Centres, it was simple and effortless from having the initial assessment, being booked in for work to be done and having my car collected to get it in to have the repairs done. I admit that I hate my car being driven by anyone else, but I had no problems with pick up or delivery. Body work was completed to a high standard. Even though there was an issue with the wing mirror on return, it was sorted out with no fuss at all. Overall I am pleased with the work and the customer service.

Car had been left under trees and shrubs. Came back dirty and even mould on some plastic trim. So dirty didnt notice it had been scratched on door til I cleaned it. For an expensive performance car looked like it had been treated with no care.

Drivers were great, explained what I required to know, and gave me information about the vehicle. Estimator also gave clear information and advice, answering any question I had forwarded. Vehicle came back with zero issues. All work I requested was completed to a high standard.
