I rang on a Saturday afternoon, with a plea for help with my son's bike brake cables. We were planning on a ride out on the Sunday. Launchburys were very helpful and quick, despite being busy and the very short notice. Excellent customer service.

Needed some odd ball wheel bearings and Launchburys were suggested, what a charming shop run by an extraordinary pair....they couldn't have been more helpful and all for a few pounds. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Don't know how to repair Chinese motorcycles, charged 50pound for a diagnostic test when my bike doesn't have a cpu or computer to give codes for a diagnostic test and tell me that stator was burnt out which I already knew, and said they could not find a replacement stator (I found about 30 stators for my motorcycle 10mins after leaving)!. To top it off they have Disconnected the clutch lever and not put it back on and there are some wires hanging out the engine aswell. Was also told that Jinlun motorcycles do not exist yet mine was in front of him. Have had to take my motorcycle to a different garage as its completely screwed blows fuses and won't even start, it started first time before launchburys touched and was road legal now it wouldn't pass the mot or be at all safe on the road. They lie when replying to reviews aswell turning it back on the unfortunate customer

I've shopped with launchburys for many years and they Karen and Shane treat you with the utmost respect. Very friendly and helpful and will always do their best to make your shopping experience pleasurable. I highly recommend launchburys to all bike revellers as you definitely can't go wrong on brilliant service.

So I imagined saying id pay the charge then? I've experienced more professionalism from my pet hamster, it would still be a profitable transaction since a 5mm spacer is only 20p on a trade account, your manner and tone was just awful and honestly quite childish, surprising really

Very helpful and knowledgeable. He kindly lent me tools to adjust the headset on my touring bike, asked for nothing in return. I was able to ride on to Skegness without delay. I have no hesitation to recommend Launchburys highly. Thank you.

Shane and Karen are absolutely fantastic. I called them as my motorbike's chain had run into some issues (i.e it fell off), and they were ableand happy to accomodate me. In a few hours they got my bike up and running again, and as I was 70 miles from home, I was beyond grateful. Thank you, guys. You genuinely saved the day for me, and stopped a bad day turning even worse.

My late Brother introduced my to this magical shop well over 10 years ago, and I have been a regular customer since. It looks and smells like a proper bike shop, how they used to be. Shane and Karen have helped me so much with my ageing projects and have always come up trumps, They are knowledgable and if they don't have it, can find it in most cases. Shops and their proprietors like this are rapidly vanishing, I hope they keep open for many years to come, so instead of going to a faceless, characterless mega chain, support your local shop!
