If I had read these reviews before hand i would never have gone there! We bought wardrobes and bed sides etc and it was hurrendous quality when it arrived, sent 3 items back and then a 4th broke 2 days later, still fighting for replacements and refunds! My advice: RUN A MILE WHILE YOU HAVE THE CHANCE!

I haven't seen such a low quality anywhere. Just check the screwing bolts and magnets on the cabinet doors and wardrobes. All doors are out of alignment with unequal gaps, the drawers are no different as well slide freely, with no mechanism, and the prices that they have are a big laugh as well.

My elderly disabled relative ordered a console table £274.99 .In the shop quoted £14.99 for delivery went home to measure the space, phone back to confirm order and then was quoted an extra £35.00 to carry console table over the small thresh hold stop and did not take packaging ...In my opinion a rip off ..photos attached for you to judge

Great sales, awful for everything else.Visited the Poole branch and bought a table, 10 chairs and a large dresser. Spent around £2700 in total, and had a great experience.We agreed on a specific delivery date, but only found out half way through that day (which was 2 months after purchase) that they weren't going to turn up, and only after we contacted them.We managed to arrange a time for part of the delivery, which turned up about a week later. The amount of packaging was ridiculous, and filled up half the garage. So much polystyrene! And the instructions for assembling the items were less than usual (but it didn't take a genius).We had to wait a total of 3 more months to get the second part of the order that wasn't damaged. On the 3rd agreed delivery day, the dresser turned up but looked like it had been dropped, hard, and was split. We were originally told it would take 2 months to even arrange collection, but this got gradually reduced. The second time it was delivered, there was still a crack in the wood, and the delivery men who assembled it did it wrong. Finally it got swapped again, and we had what we ordered. Although the quality is not what we expected, the shelves do not align with the frame. Much of the wood isn't what I would call 'solid', it may not be veneer, but it feels almost paper thin. This unit cost just over £1k, which I feel is just unacceptable.The contact was an absolute nightmare, we were told the wrong contact email, stuck on hold for hours. One time that we called the call centre, I could just hear the staff chatting about a festival they were going to, and ignored me entirely.In total, awful service from delivery onwards, only offered a 5% refund as a 'goodwill gesture', very overpriced for the quality.Never using the company again, and I am going out of my way to tell others to avoid them.

Had to pay in full at store but they refuse to give a refund.On delivery day they turned up, refused to deliver to room of choice despite being paid to, and on inspection had brought a damaged sofa. So no delivery and no quality control.Hours spent waiting to talk to customer services who make promises and don't deliver. Now struggling to get a refund.Horrible company. Put simply, it's a scam.

Having paid 2000 pounds months ago we finally received damaged goods. 2 hours ringing customer service to be advised I needed to ring back again on Monday for answers to very simple questions. The whole order is now being collected a week from today for a full refund. To add insult the refund will not be in our account until 7 days after they receive the goods.I decided to ring their sales line both national and local and the phones were answered in less than five rings, one guy even admitted they had nothing to do. How about helping customer service with their workload?

Do Not Use These People For Anything! Absolutely shocking quality! What you receive is not what you see in their store! We spent thousands with them and it has been a massive mistake! Sent stuff back, had multiple visits from 3rd party assessors of which one stated that it was the worst manufacturing he has ever seen on the sofa we bought! Just an absolute nightmare, feel totally ripped off!

Very helpful knowledgable member of staff working under difficult circumstances and spent the time going through the product we purchased, glad we visited here, got what we required at a good price.

My elderly parents had a terrible experience with this company. Visited recently and tried to buy some furniture. They went through the process and got to the 'whats your email address' question. They dont have one ( they are not online). They were told that its the government rules to have one. Absolute b....l...cks! In the end they walked out of the shop and headed 30 miles home. How can a furniture shop refuse a sale on the basis of someone not having an email address. Worse than that to lie about it being a government policy! Avoid this company as clearly incompetent and deserve any business. In the meantime went elsewhere and got what they wanted - no drama!!

Literally the worst company for service!!! Ordered a new table and chairs in November 2022 for the earliest delivery January 2023! Delivery date turns up, no table?!?!? Chairs yes and table legs but no table top!!! Does anyone care no, customer service team said there was nothing they could do but reorder one which won’t arrive for another week at the earliest!! I’ve just had a c-section, I’ve got two toddlers at home - with now no table (as we had arranged for that very morning for someone to collect our old table and chairs), and no where to feed my family. I am so frustrated and upset that they’ve just left us like this and are showing no remorse towards the situation that they’ve caused. The set has cost us just under £2k which they’ve had upfront since November and we’ve got nothing to show for it apart from some bloody chairs and table legs!
