OUT OF THE WOODWORK

Tim fitted us a fab bespoke storage solution under our stairs, a set of 5 drawers and a cupboard. He responded promptly when we contacted him, was very thorough in the planning and measuring stages, and gave a detailed plan for our approval. The unit was made in his workshop, delivered when he had said, and then trims etc fitted on site, with minimal mess. It is perfect: smart, strong and functional. We would not hesitate to recommend Out of the Woodwork to our friends if they wanted a bespoke item in wood.

Tim hung 12 interior oak doors at our home for us. We found his work to be meticulous and highly professional. He was a very clean and tidy worker. Tim is a pleasant and highly personable individual. When there were choices to be made regarding the installation, he always consulted us and explained the pros and cons so that we could make the final decision that was right for us. We would highly recommend Tim’s workmanship. We are delighted with our newly fitted oak doors.

Tim is such a lovely person and is amazing at what he does! He turned our small under stairs cupboard in to 3 large drawers, giving us so much more space. I think the whole project was done in under 2 weeks with Tim only being in the house a couple of hours.We couldn’t recommend Tim enough.

Tim worked with my wife and I to fulfil our request for wall to wall/ floor to ceiling concealed storage in the lounge. We supplied the initial drawing and then had several sessions with him to refine what we needed. He suggested some hidden catches that are recessed in the wood and therefore don't take up any storage space he also showed samples of the high quality mdf he'd be using and ensured the shelves were strong enough that they wouldn't bow under any weight.He carefully assessed how much room there was to get the units in the house, prebuilding for the most part and finishing in situ.The end result is a lovely piece of work that I'm in the process of painting. I'm particularly impressed with the piece that buts up to the ceiling and the way it joins to the curve at either end (a single piece of wood).Well done Tim. Very happy!

Tim built us a fitted cupboard in an alcove with floating shelves above. We're delighted with the finished result. He worked so hard all day and left the room spotless. Great communication throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend him.
