Terrible customer service, ordered in advance and told 66m until delivery. Phoned up immediately after, to confirm order was received (our first experience with them resulted in our order arriving half an hour late after complaining) and was told they would check with the manager who takes online orders and it would be done, then hung up on (twice!). Our delivery slot came and went so I called to chase, to be told they hadn't seen my order and they were cooking it now but it'll be another 45 minutes. The manager was blamed as well as the system being down. I requested a refund as by the time the food would arrive it would be two hours past ordering and my children would be asleep. Was told I couldn't have this as manager needed to do this and wasn't there. Was asked to call their manager on this mobile, to arrange the refund, which I refused. I was eventually told the manager would call me back shortly (he didn't and two days later still hasn't despite payment being taken) and advised that he was hanging up the phone because he was busy. Absolutely awful experience, the first time we were prepared to put this down to a one off, but our second experience was even worse so more fool us. I don't think I'll ever get my money refunded despite trying to cancel with the bank too. Absolute shambles of a place with no one in charge to deal with complaints.

We ordered our meal for delivery, they still hadn't turned up half hour after the delivery time they said, I had to ring them to find it still hadn't been done. When it turned up it was nearly cold, the won tons were burnt and couldnt be eatenWill not be buying from them again

Absolutely disgusting. £30 wasted. The chinese duck was microwaved it even came with the packets and hosin sachet, totally uneatable. If you like soggy, greasy and stale food then this is the place. Best tasting thing was fortune cookie!!!

Chinese food is much better quality now but depends what you order I guess. Very local to me so easy for me. Fried rice, chop suey and wings all great for me. Some of the larger spring rolls 'pancake rolls' might be oil soaked so not getting that again. Also a problem, depends who takes your order because I have had wrong order items recently. Some of the staff cannot understand properly especially if you ask for minor customisation so maybe stick to the menu if problems? Maybe order is lost in translation from till to kitchen? Don't know. Depends which staff member you get. Check your order before taking away just in case.

First time eating here the food was tasteless no flavour wasted £50 avoid

I had a bad feeling about the place as I went to pick up my order. I could smell the rancid oil from around the corner where I parked up. No surprises then that I had a disappointing meal. You should really clean your equipment if you want food to taste of something other than burnt oil.

Very good food the duck rolls were absolutely amazing. Will be ordering from here again. The children were delighted aswell

Very poor service. I ordered Roast Duck with Cashew Nuts in Yellow Bean Sauce" and when I got home found they had given me chicken. I contacted them online (as that is how I placed the order - through their website) and they spent weeks trying to sort out my complaint
