20 out of 10. Highly recommended. George the host very welcoming. Breakfast cooked fresh to perfection. Nothing was to much trouble. Bed perfect, beer on arrival if u want it, toothpaste and tooth brush in case you forget yours, shower perfect and u even got shampoo. He does his best to get you parked. And just to finish it off you are right in the town. Would certainly recommend and will come again. One of the best places we've stopped in

Well what a little gem i found.....Fantastic room...Fantastic location...Fantastic nights sleep, very quiet..Fantastic host... George is very diligent in providing every thing you would want for, for your stay, and a very welcoming and interesting gentleman..Absolutely fabulous full breakfast provided, couldn't eat anything until late afternoon..Would definitely be hoping to stay here again....Many thanks George for your hospitality ..Gary & Sue..

Perfect for exploring Chester or visiting the races, as we did. George is a brilliant bloke and we were well looked after. Great breakfast and spotlessly clean. Will return.

Excellent stay here in Chester. Located close to city centre with nice room, tea/coffee facilities and own bathroom. Fabulous breakfast and convenient parking.
