Popped in today (16th March) on the off chance I might get some ideas or inspirational suggestions for a button hole. You see our friend is getting married tomorrow (St Patrick's Day). Sadly without his late Irish father to be at his side so wanted a small tribute to wear, albeit last minute! Well the girls were amazing! I would like to thank The Flower Basin for the beautiful coffin spray I ordered for my Dad's funeral this week. It was stunning, I was so pleased with it. I asked if they could include Irises which was my Mum's name, who we also lost a few weeks before my Dad, and although we are coming to the end of the Iris season, they manage to include some which was a very special tribute to Mum as well. Thank you again for your kindness, understanding and attention to detail, it meant so much at a very difficult time for us.

I found you quite rude on the phone to me just now, wanted some help with an order and was told to basically ring the international order service they use, they're closing the shop and the website said orders before 2pm would be same day so it wasn't very nice. Big shame as I would of loved to of used a local business. Felt rushed off the phone and like an inconvenient customer, even though I was trying to spend £50 on flowers to be delivered in Melton.**I just thought I'd edit the review, as I'm just leaving my experience here for others to see and not for an argument with the shop keeper. Think she is having a bad day, we all have them. My review is based upon my experience only of speaking to a company for approximately 3 minutes. I felt like I was holding this person up, but I can see from their response they've plenty of time on their hands so I am in fact wrong.

I want to say a massive huge thank you to Sallyanne and the girls at the flower basin for making the most amazing bouquet for my daughter for getting her first class degree. She was thrilled. Beautiful colours perfect. Was totally blown away at the stunning amount of flowers for the money. Your flowers always last so well unlike supermarket ones !!! In life we get what we pay for but am so impressed with your prices. I cannot tell you how fantastic they look. Also a huge thank you to your staff who bend over backwards to help. Will be back next week as it’s my friends birthday so need some for her and she is a keen gardener so I need to make sure I have your quality and that’s what we get from you.!!! Keep up the good work and massive thank you.

What a hidden gem Melton has with The Flower Basin. The team are all very polite and attentive even though they were working their socks if in preparation for mother's Day. Thank you for the amazing bouquet. Hope you all enjoyed the Pizza.
