Better facilities than Harvey House downtown St Albans. Waiting room and doctors' room here are brighter, more spacious and airy. Plenty of parking.

An excellent practise. Always helpful and caring. A special mention for Dr Julia Morgan. Ticks all the boxes of the qualities you would like your doctor to have.

Dr Julia Morgan lied me she did a referral to fetal medicine due to my risky pregnancy. When I went to the hospital for another antenatal care appointment they told me no referral was ever made. I called the clinic and the receptionist told me that the doctor noted in the database that she advised me to self refer. But you can never self refer to a specialist. When I had my appointment with her she told me she is making an urgent referral and I will get an appointment with the specialist in maximum 2-3 weeks.I called again the clinic and another receptionist booked a telephone appointment for thursday 3.30 pm. On thursday the doctor Julia Morgan called me around 1 pm instead of 3.30 how it was booked and I wasn't with my phone. She left a voicemail that she will call me again later in the afternoon. 2 weeks past since then and she never called again! Best doctor .... I solved the problem without the GP help and I will never ask for help again

Excellent practice Dr Julia Morgan is amazing and I will be eternally grateful for her good care and support in helping me care for my elderly mum the nurses and receptionists have also been very good

The receptionist for jersey farm every time sounds like unhappy to help me,and instead of help me to found a solution most of the time she is rude and unhelpful

Had a very patronising and condescending call from Jackie after a mixup at the chemists. After talking to the chemist it was clear the surgery had got it wrong(not the first time).

Great practice staffed by very nice people. All the doctors, nurses and receptionists have always been helpful and polite ever since I registered at the practice.My named doctor is not always the person to see me, though this has been no hinderance as all the doctors take time to listen to and support you.The only down side is parking at Harvey house, apart from this I am very pleased.

Never would have raved about this place before but after my previous GP I'm very impressed! I was 8th in the queue when I called this morning, but was only on hold for 20 minutes or so! Not just that, I got offered a telephone appointment for tomorrow morning, which is amazing considering the average wait time at my old GP was 3 weeks. Very happy here so far.

I've always found everyone in the surgery very helpful and professional, especially the Patient Support Advisors, and of course the Doctors and Nurses. They warrant a 5 star in my opinion.

I really regret an appointment with such a rude nurse today for health check, she attacked me for no reason. Bad treatment!!!
