As a professional massage therapist myself I am pretty picky about who I get my treatments from but Sasha is always brilliant. She is great at adjusting the massage to the way I feel that day and making me feel completely comfortable and connected. Her room is lush, the products she uses are great and her intuition is spot on. Highly recommended!

I have tried a back massage and eyebrow tinting and threading at Balance Beauty Bristol so far and would highly recommend both. Sasha's treatment room is lovely, chilled, cozy and smells amazing. Her attention to detail can't be compared to any places I've been before. The products used for the treatments all have natural, vegan friendly and high quality ingredients which also make the treatments more special. Sasha has an amazing, friendly and professional attitude so you can feel nice and relaxed during your treatment. Very calming and chilled atmosphere, highly recommended!

I had a pregnancy massage with Sasha, and other than my children, it is the best thing I have ever done. Sasha is a breath of fresh air, she made me feel comfortable, even though I was very round. Her treatment room was stunning and the perfect setting for me to truly relax and take advantage of some 'me' time. Her attention to detail is second to none. Sasha is very professional and I could tell she wanted me to have the best experience possible, as though I was her only client for the whole day (I was actually her last). I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Sasha!

This was by far the most professional, quick and comfortable process I've ever had in my experience with beauty professionals. Sasha was so welcoming, explained everything and made me feel really comfortable in the space. I'd never had sugaring before but this was such a great introduction and I'm definitely coming back again, thanks so much for a great experience!

Highly recommend for your sugaring needs!! The room is beautiful and relaxing, and Sasha is so lovely. The sugaring was as pain free as possible (baring in mind hair is being pulled from your down-belows), and Sasha had great attention to detail. The best sugaring experience I’ve ever had!

I booked myself a facial treatment with Sasha as a birthday treat as one of my clients raved about her. Oh and what a treat it was! As a massage therapist myself I have become increasingly fussy about choosing my therapists. Sasha was everything I could ask for. Very attentive, welcoming, and so good at what she does. I spend an hour in a cocoon of warmth, lovely smells and an amazing treatment. I will definitely book with Sasha again and recommend her to other people (in fact I already have!)
