Would have given no stars but wouldn’t let me! Appalling service and ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude. Ordered a carpet in early January that was highly recommended by lady in the shop.Lockdown happened the next day and we had been given a date for fitting. Date was changed soon after. This date went by and no contact from shop until we had left a message twice. Informed us that carpet probably being delivered following week and they would ‘ fit us in’. No one rang or responded to further messages left by us. After waiting 3 months for carpet we only found out it hadn’t come when shop finally opened after lockdown. There was obviously no urgency to ring suppliers, no communication with customers and to add insult the receptionist didn’t know how to give a refund on our card without consulting someone else. A complete shambles of an outfit. Wouldn’t recommend you get your carpet from this shop.

Ashby Carpets are brilliant, they have done a fantastic job laying the hallway and stair carpet. Liam the carpet fitter did a first class job laying the carpet. Many thanks to all concerned.

Always helpful and a great choice of carpets and vinyls. Sample books to take home helps matching furnishings. Good value and excellent fitting service.

A fantastic staff who are very helpful. Free measuring service to ensure the correct size and amount of vinyl or carpet it bought and reasonable fitting and delivery charge. Beautiful products. A lovely little find!

We had carpets fitted to match an existing one and the guys did this perfectly. We had 2 bedrooms. hall, stairs and landing fitted in a morning. The guys were great, friendly and professional and the carpets look fantastic. Good value for money service and we highly recommend. Thanks guys, excellent job.
