Amazing customer service!!Have ordered twice and the products have always shipped fast, on my second order I had a juice leak on me in transit, I told customer services and advised I looked like a courier issue because of how they had it on the van. The team were awesome and replaced the juice. I would not hesitate to order again. I hope in future plastic bottles are put in boxes to reduce chances of damage in transit.Brilliant company will be buying again soon :-)

Normally greyhaze is brilliant for the juices can't complain. And I travelled 45 mins to get to this place for juices however on a Monday morning I've been waiting half an hour for the place to open its states the place opens at 10 but still no one is here I'm on tight schedule and this doesn't help me I've phoned your head quarters and the kingsheath branch but no one is picking up which is not good enough sorry you've lost a loyal customer who comes fortnightly to buy juices it's a shame but you've wasted my time and money to get to your place if you say open at 10 then open

Excellent customer service and quick delivery when ordering from the online store. When i had an issue with a mod I purchased from them a month previously they were really helpful and very quick to offer a replacement without question. It's because of this that I didn't hesitate in purchasing a new RDA from them and will definitely purchase from them again in the future.
