Partner tried enquiring about a vehicle.Originally an email sent and then a WhatsApp message. Nothing heard. (Despite website claiming you can get a response through either) Called and left a message, he did get a call back later that day and a short conversation ensued.After a few short exchanges over the course of the next day or so, he was waiting to hear back from Martin but didn’t, so chased this a day later with no answer. Another message left on voicemail for a call back.Next day still nothing.Tried contacting Martin on Monday on his mobile and landline but again no answer, so another message left for a call back.No call back taken place.Looking at the filing history of Evans Parker LTD looks like the companies had a few name changes, which always is a red flag when buying anything.There are plenty of decent dealers out there, we would suggest looking at any of them instead.1/5 Overall just poor.

I used Evans Parker to service my Audi. I dealt with Martin and found him extremely helpful. His expert knowledge on Audi was really impressive and I’m confident that my car has now been maintained to the manufacturers recommendation. I made a few changes to my booking the day before my car was meant to be serviced and he still managed to sort my car in within the original time frame. I would highly recommend Evans Parker and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Drove from Nottingham to Chichester to see my A6. Condition was described to me before I travelled as was the service history which proved completely accurate when I arrived. Hi, I came across Evansparker site through Autotrader as I was after an Audi Q5. Initially I was only considering Approved Used Dealers, but Martin had one which ticked all the boxes I was looking for in my purchase. Thought, why not text him and see what happens!!! And that was it. Martin from Evansparker.com replied immediately, answered all my questions, forwarded photos and pictures of the vehicle from any possible angles, and was straight with me, with the car’s history, service history, etc. May I note also, that I exported the vehicle to Malta with no hassles whatsoever. Martin provided me with the all the costs involved to ship the car. But most importantly is the communication channels, were so open, that I couldn’t believe it myself, that I’m actually trusting a person I met online through a business deal. Martin is genuine, polite, informative and a true gentleman to deal with. I highly recommend you check out their site. Being a German car specialist I was re-assured of all my worries. The car was handed over to me in Malta after all the paper work and registrations and insurance was done, and can’t express enough how satisfied and happy I am with my car.

Travelled down from Essex to Chichester to view 2012 VW Touareg 3.0 TDI, the car was as advertised and we purchased the vehicle. The vehicle had a full VW service history, 1 owner and was fully prepared ready to drive away. Martin was very helpful and a pleasure to meet and purchase from. I really can’t recommend Evans Parker more highly. Having spent 3 months looking for the right BMW 5 series Autotrader took me to Evans Parker and a 2010 reg 530d. A quick email exchange with Martin and I was booked in to see the car. It is an exceptional car at a fantastic price, I agreed to purchase the car following a test drive and Martin made a good part exchange offer on my car. Martin wrote out the paper work and and emailed it to me for review. It was in my inbox before I had returned home. Evans Parker suggested a broker to sort financing for the car but there was no pressure to use them. I arrived on the Monday to collect the car and it was the best handover I had had with a car, straight forward, well organised and you didn’t feel you were going to be there for hours while a dealer tried to flog you the extras. As I left with the car Martin and I commented on a potential issue with the battery, which we both agreed would probably be sorted with the car being used. Martin followed up with me a couple of days later to see how the car was and with out quibble offered to change the battery, which was happily accepted by me.I got the impression that Evans Parker take their time to choose the right cars to sell and the vehicle I brought is of exceptional quality. I don’t think I’ve had a more easy and pleasurable experience buying a car. I would happily look to Evans Parker again. Thanks Martin!
