Outstanding service from start to finish. The booking process and fee structure was clear and our appointment was confirmed in advance. On site Mick took the time needed to diagnose the problem with the machine. He gave us advice instead of speculating on installing a new part that may or may not work. Mick was kind and engaging, which made the whole process easier. I highly recommend Calder Services for your washing machine needs.

Fabulous service. Mick is an expert and lovely with it. How great that we can extend the life of things instead of throwing things away all the time. I’ve had both a washing machine repair and an oven repair, both fast and perfect.

From my initial contact with Claire and to Mick coming to do the repair the service was excellent with both being very helpful and polite.Mick arrived within the promised time slot and completed the fan element repair to our double ovenI was very happy with the price I paid to have the job done.This is the first time I have used Calder Services and will definitely use them again and will recommend. Well done!

Blimey I have never had such excellent customer service, from your messages organising it, to the lovely chap (sorry I missed his name) that carefully delivered, within the time scale and installed the washer/dryer was totally seamless and stress free.Thanks so much for sorting

What an absolute first-class service, from the first point of contact with the lady who answered the phone and explained everything clearly. To Michael attending and carried out a first-class service, nice guy to talk to. Left everything in a clean and tidy state after he had finished the job. Will be using again when needed.5 Star service from me.

Excellent service- thank you. Collection/delivery/installation/recycle of washer/dryer and dishwasher. Very thorough work - ensured all plumbed in correctly and tested both machines before leaving. I have previously used Calder Services many years ago and would certainly recommend to anyone.
