Dead fish in tanks, nobody available to help, and when one person was found, they were not exactly friendly or interested in helping. Management needs to improve. Pets at Home in Brentford is far better with friendlier and more engaged staff who know what they’re doing.

Visited today , looking for fish . What we found were dirty looking tanks , not well looking fish , tried to advise member of staff fish was dying in tank but was not bothered . Then looked at the rest of the store , bugs for lizards were practically dead . Not a good place to go and won’t be back

No idea about aquatic fish! But if you want wholesome, healthy puppy/dog food and treats this is the place. Great advice and vegan/ grain free options

Excellent had a good deal on straw for my rabbit which was cheaper than other places I've bought it from before. Fun to go here with my son he loves to see all the reptiles and fish!

The fish tanks were poorly cleaned with a surprising number of dead and sickly fish. No engagement with staff, a disappointing experience all round.
