Outstanding service from Frank, he really couldn’t be more helpful and understanding when arranging for my elderly mother to try out an assist tilt in space wheelchair. The whole process from initial enquiry through to delivery and set up has been exceptional and very reassuring, he even trained the care staff in mum’s care home in how to use the wheelchair. Kindness, carefulness and considerate, as well as an expert in this industry, plus he goes out of way (quite literally) to do the right thing for his customers. Thank you Frank.

Fantastic service! We started looking for a chair for our little girl about 8 weeks ago, but no one has been as quick and understanding as Frank. Within about 4 days, Frank had found us the right size chair, spoken to us several times to make sure it was right and posted it speedily. I went with my partner to get my first Quickie wheelchair, which Frank was selling for a very good price, and was completely put at ease.He allowed me to try the chair to ensure a good fit, checked himself visually that he agreed it to be a good fit, talked us through all the mechanisms and adjustments, and told us that a large amount of the parts had either been replaced to new and/ or serviced entirely (by him of course)! He was friendly, and really showed genuine care for what he does and it clearly matters to him.Since purchase, Frank has also been amazing with me asking for advice, questions, helping me source accessories like cushions and push rim covers, and overall has absolutely gone above and beyond! He has always ensured me that he is happy to help if I ever need anything, and always responds quickly and in great depth, and continues to until any issue is resolved or both parties feel happy and comfortable!He even went completely out of his way to help me find a missing part for my power-assisted add-on, sourced and transported my chair to someone he knew could fit this specialist part for me, and returned my chair in perfect working condition!I absolutely could not fault my experience with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for affordable but high quality mobility aids and disability products! Truly a hidden gem in the disability world!

I recently needed to buy a wheelchair for my hubby who is immobile and living in a care home. The manager suggested a particular chair, with some adjustments, and Frank went to great lengths to supply and deliver the said chair. He didn’t just deliver it, he ensured that the staff hoisted John into it to make absolutely sure that it was correct. His conscience wouldn’t allow him to leave the chair as it wasn’t a good fit for John - Frank assures me that John needs a made to measure wheelchair and has written a letter to that effect to support the manager’s request for Wiltshire Wheelchair Services to assess John.Thank you so much Frank - you went above and beyond.

Frank was courteous, attentive and responsive. Within four days he sourced a wheelchair, delivered it and ensured it was adjusted to my fathers needs. His price was very reasonable and better than anywhere else. I highly recommend Frank.

After getting scammed for a wheelchair I went elsewhere and I found this , he was so helpful and it as so worth the price and I even got it 1-2 days after I have bought it which was so amazing!! It's exactly like the photos and is in amazing condition and has everything I needed. Is absolutely perfect and I couldn't thank him enough!!!!
