Hajj and Umrah UK

I have been travelling with this company for 6/7 years and their customer service has been excellent. Anytime I need a flight they are the cheapest. I haverecommend them to all my friends and family.

Great company!I dealt with a person called Haroon. He was always there to answer my queries no matter what time in the day.He gave me a couple options with regards to packages which we named v1 and v2. I ended up going for v2 as I felt it better suited my needs.In terms of price they were very competitive and felt overall they were better than anyone else. Some companies out there charge an extortionate amount so be careful.Haroon...thanks for everything you have done for me, you are family now.Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!Edit

Bespoke package, competitive price, and overall great service

At first was satisfied with the service as they were quick to get everything sorted. They reassured me that everything was paid for and sorted. We had booked hotel and transport with them. When landing our driver wasn’t there rang the number that was linked with the driver they said he will be there in 5 min he took over an hour. There was money still outstanding to pay which wasted more of our time as we couldn’t leave our things to go perform umrah. The hotel in Makkah was meant to be 4* however when arriving one of our rooms was leaking fluid from above the other had damp smell. People smoking outside of the rooms. Travelling with a 6 month old they had reassured that a baby bed will be available however they stated we don’t keep them and instead gave another bed. Madinah also didn't give a baby bed as they don’t keep them. When contacted hajj and umrah team they said they do and when they contacted there supplier they said it’s on availability first come first serve basis. However the hotel doesn’t keep them at all. Not happy with the mixed messages.
