Black Sheep Coffee
I’m in here every week, if not several times a week. Staff always welcoming and helpful. After a miscommunication with the lady serving on the counter today, a man helped me access my reward coffee on my app, but on the screen so I could claim it. I’m such a technology dinosaur, but he as so helpful and kind. You make THE BEST coconut milk latte. Converted me from Costa to your cafe. Keep up the good work team Newcastle, from an old coffee lover.

Great coffee and a great croissant with ham and Emmentaler. The place was cozy. They had a great music playlist. The price was little bit too high but ok. It’s a great coffee shop

Black Sheep Coffee
Only my 2nd foray into this coffee shop, the first time I had a Cortado, which was decent enough. This time I opted for a Latte; Hot, very very hot is how I'll describe it. Once it had cooled somewhat, it was decent enough. There are better coffees to be had in Newcastle though.To order here you need to use a touch screen, which is fine when they are working, today seems they had a mind of their own, and most weren't working, this necessitated the need to jump from touchscreen to touchscreen to find one that would work.Not sure this place really has an atmosphere, it kinda feels like a coffee factory, I think the lack of interaction with staff affects this.I'll probably go back as it is well placed in Newcastle, but there's no rush.

I recently had the chance to try the coffee at this new café and I must say, I was impressed by the quality of the coffee. The flat white and black coffee were both good. While their latte was not up to my standards, it was still drinkable.The standout item for me was the waffle with Nutella, it was a delicious treat that was fluffy and had just the right amount of sweetness.The café can get quite busy during peak hours, and seating inside is limited, making it a bit of a challenge to find a place to sit. If you're looking to sit outside, I would recommend asking the staff of the coffee to ask the person who sells fruits to change their location as it can be quite noisy.Overall, this café is a good spot for a quick coffee and a tasty snack. If you're looking for a good coffee and a delicious waffle, I would recommend giving this place a try.

A machine takes your order so not real 'service' to be rated. Honestly, I was expecting a high standard at this place but the coffee was average at best. Lacking flavour, depth and just a little disappointing.

Had a lovely experience, long dark hair barista think she was called Chloe served me with great customer service. I had problems with the screens and she was happy to serve me on the till, and made me the best coffee I’ve had while visiting in Newcastle. Definitely would recommend to my friends visiting!

great new coffee shop in newcastle. very nice vibe inside and very efficient ordering system with screens that show the whole (very extensive) menu. well priced and you can collect loyalty points on the app and as well as get 20% student discount on coffee :)

A stylish coffee shop with a large selection of coffee and coffee additives for every taste.The coffee is 7/10.I love that they have a matcha latte, I couldn't find a good one in Newcastle for a long time. And it's tasty!
