Kevin was polite and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be carried out to fully damp-proof our basement. His survey was free and his quote was reasonable too. All work was carried out in the time stated and all rubbish was bagged ready for us to clear. All work was carried out to a satisfactory standard, and we've asked Kevin to come back to help us with a separate damp issue. All guarantees were given upon payment of invoice. I would definitely use Kevin and his team again and would recommend to anyone.

Kevin & Derry came out to check some things in my bathroom that I thought were signs of rising damp. They were really great - took the time to really listen to my concerns and patiently answered all my questions. It didnt turn out to be rising damp in the end so there was no remedial work needed but I really appreciated them putting my mind at rest. I would 100% be happy to recommend their services.

I’ve used this company professionally (Cooke and Co lettings) and personally and can honestly say that they provide a professional and responsive service. The term “damp” can easily be mislead, and this company will not quote for works that are not required. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
