I used their water softener refurbishment service. Only 40 to 50% of the cost of a new one. The uninstallation/installation notes were made for dummies like me and worked beautifully. It was picked up Monday, and returned, fully refurbished and guaranteed for two years, first thing Thursday. That's quicker than most local companies can even turn out!Definitely on my recommended list.

Great Experience with Jack this evening, Installed our new Water Softener later in the day to fit our schedules. Extremely efficient and accommodating even with a 2 year old running round him! I had a17 year old Twintec water softener in need of new resin. I used the refurbishment service and had the water softener returned, with new hoses which I ordered as well, all back within 5 days .This included the weekend! The whole process was very straight forward ,with Sandys sending out a dedicated box via 24hr Parcelforce. Instructions on how to prepare the softener for packaging up were pictorial in easy step by steps. Once completed a quick call to Sandys and they arranged for a door step collection, by Parcelforce.This is an excellent service and would recommend it , as it is so well organised and made convenient.( Peter Allan)

I am so pleased I found SSS - Jack and his Team are brilliant. They know everything there is to know about water softeners and filters, and offer a wide range of products to suit your needs. I visited them to repair my water softener which was leaking, and they did a fantastic job in restoring my machine back to health. I also ended up buying more salt blocks which are very well priced, as well as another drinking tap and water filters. Thank you so much SSS you have a customer for life. Warren
