I found ALL the staff to be friendly & supportive. My solicitors Debbie & Pam were great, they both explained court proceedures in a way I understood. making me feel less anxious. overall great firm & I highly recommend them!!

Only a 3 star... is a shame really because I felt let down by them and wouldn't use again tbh.. they did what they said but whenever I walked in I was made to feel uneasy and was spoken to quite rude to say I was a customer when at the desk

Only left 1 star because there is no option to leave none.Two receptionists extremely rude, unhelpful and their attitudes absolutely stink. Especially the red haired girl (sorry didn't catch her name as she was being rude to me)They both need another profession, one in which they don't have to deal with the public. Would never use this solicitors again, simply so i don't have to deal with them again.

Hopefully this Solicitor who is looking after the deceased estate, will take notice that Independent Estate Agency are neglecting a property next door to me and will therefore chase them up to tidy up the garden. Isherwoods seem a decent firm to deal with.

Very unhelpful and rude. Process not explained at all. Made to feel very stupid by the solicitor, older, grey haired lady who was very condescending. The office itself didn’t look professional at all. Would not recommend this solicitors at all.
