Excellent service, great Local app!

Perfect service, friendly delivery driver and great communication. Had a bad experience with a restaurant and the Gloucester Eats team dealt with it swiftly and helped me out. Definitely recommend ordering food from this local business

Great service

I am a little late writing this review, but I wanted to give credit where it's due.We placed a large order on New years Eve and was expecting to have to wait for the food to arrive the same as we have in previous years (different delivery service). The food arrived very quickly, was piping hot and with such a friendly delivery driver.We will definitely be using Gloucester Eats from now on.

WARNING DONT USE .I ordered through Gloucester eats and purchased food Frango. Which they rang to say they didn't have one item of food. So refund. But never refund me.and denied it when I emailed Gloucester eats .so I don't trust them.also customer service total out order for both companys phoned and emailed them.So emailed Gloucester eats for money back no help and poor emailed back to help me .very bad customer service.and rude. Then emailed again and again half emailed no answer back.until Matt the owner Emailed me saying he give my money back .Which is rightfully owed me anyway for not receiving the food.And £5 off food if take my review off trustpilot. Which is pure blackmailed Ive been treated very appalling fromthese both company's. Please spread the words as not on Facebook etc. Because I wouldn't want this is happen to anyone eles . Life is hard with money right now as it is.How can you protect local businesses if they do this to you.there no trust at all .I like to help local businesses. But in this case how I've been treated No.The responded to owner I didn't reply its Blackmail. And wrong am discussed how I was treated.They got back on this see the lies terrible. And thats what i had to put up with. Terrible customer service and scam.No trust whatsoever. To all local people.

Nice to see a local business challenging the national apps with some great local restaurants. Will definitely use again!
