Expect to pay £50 for a teddy here. I was disappointed as I had popped in to ask if the cost of the Bear included a stuffing, outfits, extras...... so I had £20 on me....it broke my little one's heart when I had to say that she couldn't have clothes for her Millie". COSTS Bear costs approx £20...heart / sound / smell additional £2.50 each. Outfits approx £30....."

Poor customer service today in Cambridge Build A Bear. Huge queues for bears and to pay. Only one person on the till. Instead of assistants practicing their dance moves perhaps they could serve customers? Poor management skills by Anna.

Took a while for someone else to go on the other side of the filling machine but once I was served the staff were very friendly and helpful and talked me through the process as a new customer

I don't know why anyone would want to build a bear. There are a number of places in town that offer prebuilt bears of a higher quality. I am surprised they're still in business.However, if you really really want to build a tacky bear, this is the place to do it.

This was certainly money well spent! The staff were amazing and ensured my daughter and her friends had a fabulous birthday party. I set a limit on the money I wanted to spend and the party organiser kept the children within my budget. Megan was particularly good and couldn't do enough to help the children have a wonderful time. The whole shop joined in to sing her Happy Birthday- she was so happy, clearly feeling very special.Thanks so much, this has to be the best party I have ever organised!!

Build-A-Bear Workshop
We took my daughter for her 5th birthday and were a bit worried it might disappoint, as she had been obsessing about it for ages. She was not let down! The staff were fun, friendly and enthusiastic in the cbeebies presenter mould that appeals to wee ones. The range of products were fab, and we ended up spending an hour choosing, washing, stuffing and dressing the bears. The shop assistants were very clear about pricing at the outset, explaining that the cost of the bears is only the start and that everything else costs extra. Yes, it costs a fortune...but the kids absolutely love it.

Build-A-Bear Workshop
My daughter had her birthday party here yesterday. She and her friends had ball. Jo our party leader brought high energy, fun and care to the party and despite some shy members of the group, had all joining in and laughing. The party was great value for money with all guests taking home something personal, fun and worthwhile rather than usual party bag tot. Thanks Jo and the whole team who supported a great party. I will recommend you to friends .
