Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed to repair a broken buckle from my doc martens sandal. I just needed to buy the buckle myself and the repair was quick and at a fair price. Super recommend.

I was very pleased with the service the Village Cobbler gave today, for shoe repair, hole punching a leather belt, and some advice about a watch strap. It was friendly and helpful and inexpensive.

Quick, easy, polite. Had heels replaced on two pairs of boots. Very happy with the quality and service. Only dropped a star because the heel replacements cost almost £9 each which was more than I was expecting. However, this is the first time that I've had this done in London (previously in Essex) so this may be the going rate for heel replacements in the capital! Very happy though overall, will be back again (with my newly acquired loyalty card!)

Convenient early opening time. My key was cut in 30 seconds at a very reasonable price. Card facilities on premises so I didn’t need to rush off to a cash point. Key tested and works perfectly. Very pleasant and efficient experience.
