We have just purchased what we hope is our forever home from MGY. We had nothing but a pleasant experience buying through MGY and do regret not selling with them too (but we live and we learn of course). Wanted to show our massive appreciation to MGY Birchgrove who helped us buy our first house. We started looking during the COVID 19 pandemic, so got caught up in the craziness of the housing market. After getting all our information, mortgage and details together, we emailed Steph and told her that we were finally ready to get going and wanted to make a real effort in finding a property. We gave her the full requirements and within a matter of weeks managed to find us a house that fits everything.
