I booked in for Josh to uninstall my Pure Freedom system from my old van and reinstall in my new van. This was a very difficult task because it was a large 500l tank going into a smaller van. Josh did not complain but found solutions and did a better job than the original fitters because he genuinely takes the time to do the Job properly. He also waterproofed my van and it looks amazing.Josh was always polite to me and that is not easy because I drove him mad with suggestions and changing my mind.Personally I would not go anywhere else.I would also like to mention Dan who is on the next until to Josh and is his friend.Again, what a helpful and polite manThank you

Would just like to write about what a Fantastic service I was given by josh and he’s team. In my hour off need and a competitor off billericay cleaning demanding £150 and my vehicle off the road for 2 days, Josh took up he’s time helped me realise the problem and that it didn’t need any new parts and had me up and running in quick time and he refused any Money and could easily have pulled my pants down.Brilliant service thank you very much

Where do I start.Josh is the most helpful person I could have wished to have met. I had a problem with my pure water system on Friday (not installed by Billericay) and called him to see if he could do anything. Josh explained he would have a look for me on Saturday but explained he had an install to do which meant he didn't have much time. After arriving on Saturday and realising the problem was abit bigger than first thought Josh moved a few things around for me and spent 3/4 hours on my van trying to find the problem and fixed it. Genuinely cant thank Josh enough for his efforts and time he gave me. So helpful, very knowledgable, and an absolute gent. I wouldn't go anywhere else when I have any issues or want a new system. He genuinely went above and beyond what i could have expected. If you are on this page looking at reviews to get a new system please absolutely stop right now and look for further. You wont be disappointed.Thanks again Josh.
